Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the center.
Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external partners.
Maintain accurate student records and manage enrollment processes.
Assist in budgeting and financial management, including invoicing and payments.
Organize and schedule meetings, events, and staff training sessions.
Support the lead teacher in curriculum planning and classroom management.
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health standards.
Foster a welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive demeanor.
Knowledge of Montessori principles is a plus.
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
